OR VISITATION SCHEDULE FOR THE NON-CUSTODIAL PARENT

WEEKEND VISITATION

Every other weekend commencing on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. and concluding at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday evening.

SUMMERTIME VISITATION

Four to six weeks each summer to be exercised in two-week blocks, each two-week block being separated by at least one week.

HOLIDAY VISITATION SCHEDULE

(1) EASTER.

The Easter holiday will include that period of time during which the child is excused from school for the Easter holiday, including Easter Sunday, and shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on the day the child is excused from school and end at 6:00 p.m. on the day before the child returns to school.

(2) MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND.

This holiday shall include only that weekend when Memorial Day is nationally recognized and shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and conclude at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Memorial Day.

(3) FOURTH OF JULY.

The Fourth of July shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on July 3rd conclude at 11:00 a.m. on July 5th; unless the holiday is on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, in which case the holiday shall include the entire weekend.

(4) LABOR DAY WEEKEND.

This holiday shall include only that weekend on which Labor Day is nationally recognized and shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and conclude at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Labor Day.

(5) THANKSGIVING.

This holiday shall be defined as that period of time during which the child is excused from school for the Thanksgiving holiday, including Thanksgiving, and shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on the day the child is released from school and conclude at 6:00 p.m. on the day before the child returns to school.

(6) CHRISTMAS.

The Christmas holiday shall be defined as that time during which the child is excused from school for the Christmas holiday and shall commence at 8:30 a.m. on the day after the child is released from school and conclude at noon on December 28th.

(7) NEW YEARS DAY.

The New Years Day holiday shall commence at noon on December 28th and conclude at 6:00 p.m. on the day before school is to begin.

The child shall be returned to the custodial parent at the conclusion of each holiday.

In even-numbered years the mother shall have the child for the even-numbered holidays (Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and Christmas), and the father shall have the child for the odd-numbered holidays (Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and New Years Day). In odd-numbered years the mother shall have the child for the odd-numbered holidays (Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and New Years Day), and the father shall have the child for the even-numbered holidays (Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and Christmas).

The child will spend Mothers Day weekend with his mother and Fathers Day weekend with his father. For Mothers Day and Fathers Day only, the holiday will commence at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and conclude at 6:00 p.m. on the Sunday on which these holidays are nationally observed.

This holiday visitation schedule shall supersede the regular weekend visitation schedule. The regular weekend visitation schedule will continue with the parent who did not have the child on the previous holiday and continue on from that point, alternating between the parents every other weekend.

(Until such time as the child begins regular attendance at school, the public school calendar in the public school district in which the child resides shall be controlling as to all visitation periods that indicate commencement, modification, or ending periods based upon school attendance)
